@all Guys, who has a black belt in HikVision NVRs? Same username and pwd, same NVR, on one PC I have a full grid of cameras available but on another - just 2 options.

**DVR Live View Interface — Embedded Net DVR** The interface displays a 16-channel live view grid with Cameras 01–16 listed in the left panel; approximately 8 of the 16 camera tiles display a **"NO VIDEO"** message, indicating no active signal on those channels. The PTZ control panel on the right shows a speed/zoom slider set to **value 4**, with a preset list visible (Preset1 through Preset10+). A red oval highlights the bottom toolbar, which contains layout selection buttons (1-up, 4-up, 9-up, 16-up grid options) and additional controls including microphone, snapshot, record, zoom, and audio icons.

The browser tooltip reveals the device IP address **192.168.0.88:9000**, identifying this as an **Embedded Net DVR** accessed via its web interface at the path `/oc/page/preview.asp`. The Live View panel shows a **4-channel grid layout** with all quadrants displaying blank/dark feeds (no active video signal visible on any channel). The circled toolbar area at the bottom highlights the **layout selection controls**, with a dropdown showing single-view and quad-view (2×2) layout options currently active.

Have u tried to reinstall Hikvision plugin? are u using the same web browser? and the compatibility mode is set up as the same way right?
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:28
different browsers, same results
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:29
i have not tried reinstalling the plugin as I thought it was for video playing only but let me try
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:31
reinstalling the plugin did not help
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:36
I can still move between cameras using <--- ---> arrows, so it might be somehow related to the hardware specs, I am not sure...
Tech B 2024-12-09 19:36
zoom of the browser / dpi is 100% right? lol
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:37
thats offensive lol

**Windows Display Settings — Scale and Layout Panel** Scale is set to **100% (Recommended)**; Display resolution is **1366 × 768**; Display orientation is **Landscape**. No error messages, warnings, or diagnostic indicators are visible. The "Multiple displays" section header is partially visible at the bottom of the panel.

just checking x)
Tech B 2024-12-09 19:38
hmm not really sure, didn't have that issue before
Tech B 2024-12-09 19:39
I'm thinking what else can be, but if compatibility mode settings are the same, not really sure :/
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:39
this version works in Chrome/Edge
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:39
no need for compatibility settings
Tech A 2024-12-09 19:40
the 1st screenshot is from the server and its in Chrome with no extra settings

You have 16 cameras, aren't they all displayed on the first page? 🫠 In that case you'd need to decrease size of the first page grid, and they'd be displayed on the next pages... You can also try using software instead of web version
Tech A 2024-12-10 12:09
The 1st screenshot is taken in one PC and the 2nd - in another PC. I cannot change the page layout - thats the whole issue
Tech C 2024-12-10 12:10
Both pc's have the same resolution?
Tech A 2024-12-10 12:11
No, different
Tech A 2024-12-10 12:11
But increasing the resolution did not make any changes
Tech C 2024-12-10 12:12
Configuration > Image > View Scale
Tech A 2024-12-10 12:13
Its the same account. So, any changes in settings in one computer should be reflected in other PC
Tech C 2024-12-10 12:16
Also check: configuration > Live view settings You can set grid in there
