Hey guys, this is for Oppenheimer Dentistry. They want to run a test on their vatech pan machine. They are using this soft, called EzEval. Does someone knows how it works? -.- They click on start, and when they start to scan, process running disappear and nothing happens. Not really sure how it should be, or if they have to type some info on the fields there

**EzEval v1.6.2.0 — Constancy Test, Process Running**
The software displays a **Constancy Test** interface with sections for HU Value (Water, Air, Teflon, Result), Noise, and Uniformity (Top, Right, Bottom, Result); all numeric readout fields appear dark/unpopulated during active processing. The status overlay reads **"Process Running …"** with a **STOP** button visible, and the console log shows **[SPM\_ARCT]** with messages: *"Check the information necessary for capturing"* and *"The machine is ready to capture."* The bottom status bar indicates **X-Ray Off**.

If I'm not mistaken, this is not necessary if there's no tech issue? and this can be ran under a certified tech?

thats how I understood this.
But we might be talking about 2 different processes - calibration and evaluation.
Constancy test might be a daily routine helping to identify any issues before they start taking scans on patients
Calibration is a more in depth process

maybe worth calling vatech and check with them?

Vatech had to log in and troubleshoot, they updated that software and ran some commands trough console on the machine
