@all Hey Guys, Morry County Dental Associates office, they exported a scan from the Trios in .stl or .ply format but also imported into a software called gladewell for a lab case but the format allowed to import is .nc and zip but zip didnt work because the files needs to be .nc to be open within gladewell. I didnt found any info about exporting scan from TRIOS in a .nc format, is there a way to convert them? Has anyone deal with a similar situation?

Have they ever done this successfully before? My understanding is that they should be able to send that scan/lab case directly to Glidewell within the 3shape/trios software itself o.o .

also, the default format for the labs to view is STL. Any lab should be able to read it
