Hey guys, I'm having a hard time with a Shick sensor at SOTA cloud. I tried to reinstall the drivers a few times, tried on a different usb port, tried to unplug and plug back the sensor from the sirona box, but the sensor doesn't work. Sometimes works, for only 1 time, and then stops. If we turn off the computer, the sensor does not work anymore after that, so I have to start play around with it to make it work. Any suggestions? I already checked that Eaglesfot EsConnect service, it's not running, Sergey wrote a message about that

They do not want to use CDR Twain driver, because of the windows that popup. They want to use the Shick option that's fully integrated -.-

This has been an issue ever since they moved to Sota Cloud. Call Sota support, see if they came up with any solution.

Well, sota told us that it was happening because the sensor "was not being recognized" by device manager after he uninstalled a driver.. that the cable probably was faulty. I explained that it was not being recognized because of that... I installed the driver back, sensor got recognized and magically worked properly -.- now it's working, we shut down the computer 3 times already, and still.. not sure what to say x)

I repeated the same process that I tried 34589 times, but now it's working
