If it is the same situation about opening encrypted emails, I was able to find a fix the issue in the Drs personal laptop and the PVT pc using a SSO to authenticated encrypted emails, also added the mx and the txt records, so I think if tasha is using the email info@coastalendoct.com or charland@coastalendoct.com, they can open it now, Dr is fine with that resolution.
