@all Hi Team, I am receiving an error whe sending claims, saying "the practice is not active" I tried to send it through ledger, and through batch as well, I had the same, after hitting send, give me the error rejected, it doesnt matter which patient I do, did anyone have that issue in the past? Tested the connection and it seem to be fine, not sure, any ideas?

gotcha, but how can I confirm how is enroll as billing provider, I checked practice defaults and the default provider for claims the claims is the Dr, unless, thats not what youre talking about
