Guys QQ, for Bright Smile Dental, they took a scan on a patient, this is the first time this has happened to them, they're having issues with the exposure of the bone, the top of the image doesn't show fine, this patient has no teeth and the office told me it was a big guy, like tall. Does the patient has to do with the imaging? like having no teeth interfere with image? They had to use more exposure to get this image but the dr says is no good for diagnostic
After they took this image, for the other patients it worked fine, so, I'm not sure where to look at, any idea what could have happened?

The screen displays a **3D dental CBCT (cone beam CT) reconstruction** of what appears to be a maxillary or mandibular arch, rendered in a volumetric brown/tan color scheme against a black background. A **yellow crosshair/bounding box overlay** is visible, indicating an active region-of-interest (ROI) or slice-plane selection tool centered on the arch. The interface includes a **3D orientation head icon** in the upper-left corner and a **"Tools" panel tab** on the right edge; no error codes, numeric readouts, or warning messages are visible on screen.

all machines have settings for different patients height. Did they do it?

No, I don't think so - I can call to ask, but if so, where do they manage those settings?

its on the acquisition screen - man, woman, child, or whatever settings they might have there

the interface might look different as this is for an older machine but the idea is the same
