Hey Guys good afternoon
for Dr Daniel E Jacobs DMD - The server went down all of a sudden, Raid Controller in slot 4 operation failed, it doesn't want to boot at all, I tried already to unplug the server try to power drain it, waited for 2 minutes and plug it back online, issue persists is there something I can do on my end to try and fix this? Thanks

**Dell EMC Boot Manager – Driver Health Menu** displayed on a **PowerEdge T440** (Service Tag: **CYDC1T2**).
Driver Health Status List shows:
- iDRAC Settings: **Healthy**
- Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet Driver: **Healthy** (two entries)
- RAID Controller in Slot 4 – Avago MegaRAID SAS Controller: **Operation Failed**
The RAID controller entry is the only item reporting a fault condition.

**Dell EMC PowerEdge T440** server displaying a UEFI boot error screen (BIOS Version 2.19.1). The screen shows an **Avago EFI SAS Driver** error: *"Unhealthy status reported by this UEFI driver without specific error message(s)"*, followed by **UEFI0116**: *"One or more boot drivers have reported issue(s) — Check the Driver Health Menu in Boot Manager for details."* The controller identified is an **Avago MegaRAID SAS Controller**, with the specific fault state message: **"F/W is in Fault State – MFI Register State 0xF0FF0382."**

It’s Fixed. They had battery backup that would turn off and cause raid card to go offline. I bypassed the battery backup and will dispatch it to be replaced

The backups were missing full entry because Dr was swapping them weekly
