Fix Splashtop mapped drive access denied to domain shared folders

Hi Guys, @all The dr butensky is trying to connect from a pc (out of the domain called Mill-Left via splashtop from PVT) in dental studio of westfield to summit location shared folders, he has a mapped drive that is not working but I am having an access denied error. I cannot authenticate using the administrator or dht user but I can ping to that ip 10.11.244.200, but cannot access the FS, any ideas on this case?

i fixed that by entering the credentials to the Credentals Manager you can close your tkt
