Fix Invivo 'Unknown File Format' Error After DEXIS Anatomage Export/Import

for N.N.N. Dental, They took a CatScan on the wrong patient chart, normally once taken on the right patient in DEXIS an anatomage is created they just click it and Invivo opens the 3D part, but since this was taken on the wrong patient they did a Export and import of the anatomage from dexis to the right patient but when they try to open it we get "unknown file format" for Invivo

i could find the PAth where the Raw .dcm was saved which is \\server-pc\DEXIS\DATA\Volumes\5322\2025-01-02\2.16.840.1.114059.4.1.4.617248244.2172119110.6001036681738408843, i tried like get this and paste it on the right Patinets folder based on id 669, but this folder does not exist inside "Volume"

so i tried to create this folder, name it 669 as dexis ID, and paste there the .dcm file, but this did not work, any help would be appreciate it !
