Hey Guys, question, for University Dental, Cathy was trying to recover missing xrays that were taken back on May, we were able to find the xrays using the logs from Dexis, imported the xrays to the patient, but now she also says that Pictures were taken the same day, is there a process to recover pictures also or should only be Xrays?

The image shows a log or database table listing entries numbered 89813–89818, all dated **5/16/2024** between **3:13–3:15 PM**, associated with **DEXIS XRay**, patient **Dembowski, Agnes (DOB 7/12/1960, ID 13998)**, and operator **BAYSIDEOP1**. File paths reference sequential `.dex` image files (`00015209f.dex` through `00015214.dex`) stored at `\\svr19\DEXIS\DATA\Images\05\02\` in subdirectories `\00\` and `\01\`. Entry **89814** is highlighted in blue, with its file path beginning at `\\svr19\DEXIS\DATA\Images\05\02\01\` appearing visually selected or flagged.

The logs also show the type of the image. Also, dexis 10 does not store images the same way as dexis 9, so its close to impossible to find them. On the other note, its an extraordinary to lose images in dexis 10 unless there were not saved for whatever reason
