@all Anyone seen this issue before when CS 3D viewer is not fully closed and causing users the error? This is from Dr Cho and Digregorio. They are stating it started happening this week on all PCs. I am suspecting Win updates

the current version of the 3D viewer is 3.6. I spoke with Boris, he told me the 3D viewer is a stand alone app. he suggested replacing it with the newer version. I found ver 3.10 and that solved the problem.
