**Dell PowerEdge Server — BIOS POST Screen**
A Dell server monitor displays a boot sequence halt with the message: *"Some configured disks have been removed from your system, or are no longer accessible. Please check your cables and also ensure all disks are present. Press any key to continue, or 'C' to load the configuration utility."** Visible components include: **Dell Serial ATA AHCI BIOS v1.0.2**, **HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM DH50N**, **Intel Boot Agent GE v1.5.04 / PXE 2.1 Build 092 (WFM 2.0)**, **Broadcom NetXtreme Ethernet Boot Agent (2000–2015)**, and **PowerEdge Expandable RAID Controller (PERC) H710 Adapter — HW-0 (Bus 2 Dev 0), FW package: 21.3.5-0002, Copyright 2013 LSI Corporation**.

Looks like more than 1 drive failed and raid is now offline. This server had failed drives many times which we have been replacing in past but I guess eventually it gave up. We told Dr to change the server many times in past. What’s his plan now?

Can we start restoring to imaging pc? I’m guessing that one has the biggest hard drive.

based on the error in the screen, we went to the raid config and saw that only 1 drive is dead and virtual isn't dead but degraded, so we pressed any key to continue and the server is up. we started teh domain migration and copying data from that server directly, we will leave the restored data in case this one crashes on us midway.

Sounds good, so they got a new server?

they got the new server, Anthony installed it. I migrated the documents, DC, florida probe...but since the data is still copying and carestream never called us to do the migration, the office will have to use the old server until they call us since i dont know how to install the software. if we are ready to start the softdent / cs imaging migration, i can resync the folders and proceed from there.
