QQ for Blooming Smiles Dental, Gigi is trying to access from Her iMAC to the SVR22, and she needed to print from Office PC to her Remote location Via SOS primer (similar to LMI remote print) the printer was not listed so we applied
Open a command prompt with admin privilege.
Navigate to the directory
\Program Files (x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server\Driver\STPrinter\
Run the uninstallation batch file (uninstall_driver.bat for 32-bit, uninstall_driver64.bat for 64-bit).
Run the installation batch file (install_driver.bat for 32-bit, install_driver64.bat for 64-bit). and then it worked now printer is listed in Dentrix *but now the issue is when she click print to SOS on her imac she get a pop up from XPSViewer about getting premium version cause the free one only allows to show 1 SPX per week

The Mac App Store is open showing search results for "xpsview," with **XPSView** (Reader for XPS and OXPS files, rated 4/5 stars, 171 reviews) already installed (shows **"OPEN"** button). A pop-up dialog reads **"Welcome to XPSView!"** with the message: *"The free Version can only show and convert one XPS and OXPS document properly per week,"* offering **"Not Now"** or **"Get Premium"** options. A second app visible is **"XPS Viewer + XPS..."** (185 reviews), and **"XPS & VSD Viewer Pro"** (20 reviews, 2.5/5 stars) with in-app purchases noted.

**XPSView application** is open on a macOS desktop displaying a file named **PNT4963250.xps**, identified as a **"Single Patient Ledger"** for **Farideh Kia, D.D.S. PLLC**, dated **01/10/2025**, Chart Number **001406**. A modal dialog has appeared with the message **"XPSView Version Info!"** stating the free version is limited to one XPS/OXPS document per week, with options **"Not Now"** or **"Get Premium"**. No error codes or hardware diagnostics are visible; this is a software licensing restriction notification.

The image shows a software documentation snippet titled **"Remote Print"** with a rating indicator showing **-13** (thumbs up icon). The text references a requirement to install an **XPS reader** on a local Mac, with the term "XPS" highlighted/emphasized twice in the visible excerpt. The content is categorized under **"Usage & Deployment > Popular Features"**.

Never seen this issue but what if you uninstall xpsview and install some other free xpsviewer from the app store? As per official splashtop article :
"
If printing to a local Mac, you will need to install an XPS reader on the local Mac. You can search for "XPS reader" in the Mac App Store to see various choices."

The image contains instructional text (item 3 of a numbered list) stating that printing to a local Mac requires installing an **XPS reader**, available via the Mac App Store. The phrase "XPS reader" is highlighted in green as a hyperlink. No equipment, error codes, indicator lights, or hardware are visible.
