@all me again , I have a weird issue with a remote laptop that was given to Golam, it was working fine, but suddenly he could not see the screen anymore on his end, I am able to connect to the pc, but I cannot control it or see anything unless I enable the "blank screen" option in logmein. I tried applying updates for the video drivers, windows, restarted multiple times, hard reboot. but same behavior, he can see the dell spinning logo, but after that, he sees nothing, no other screen is attached on his end, has anyone encountered something similar? lol

The image shows a full-size black external keyboard with a UK/European layout, identifiable by the presence of a **€ symbol on the 4 key**, an **@ symbol on the apostrophe key**, and a **# symbol on the key to the right of L**, consistent with a British keyboard layout. A **numeric keypad** is present on the right side, with standard numpad arrangement including Num Lock, and function keys F1–F12 are visible along the top row with secondary media/system functions labeled. No visible physical damage, missing keycaps, indicator lights, model labels, part numbers, or serial numbers are apparent in this image.

after reading several forums it seems to be a common issue with this particular laptop, I'll will try that, among other things, and will see how it goes lol
