Hi @all for NYMED, the remote people that connects to the TS has been complaining for slowness / sporadic disconnections lately, we rebooted both the WG ant TS recently, I do not see the office losing connection or any packet loss as far as I can tell, the upload doesn't seem to be the greatest, but not sure if it would cause issues or what would be recommended for remote work, any suggestions? not really sure what else to check

so they confirmed via email that they are having slow internet on their end and want us to setup their connection without vpn lol, should I just tell them to get this resolved on their side first? also not sure what the optimal upload should be for their setup, 40mbps is not bad, or great..
