Any other ideas here - for Trogan Crown heights office , they have a tablet that cannot access \\svr22 via unc - getting error "you do not have permission to access \\svr22" . I am able to access it via IP address though. I set hosts file entry for svr22 but it did not help.

**Network Error Dialog** on a Windows 10 machine states: *"Windows cannot access \\svr22 — You do not have permission to access \\svr22. Contact your network administrator to request access."* In the background, a second File Explorer window shows successful browsing to **\\192.168.1.200**, with shared folders visible: **apps**, **Data**, **Docs**, **netlogon**, and **sysvol**. The local machine shows **Local Disk (C:)** with **79.3 GB free of 118 GB**.

Also tried putting domain credentials manually into credential manager for the server , did not help either (but did help on another tablet!)

I did, I had same issue with another tablet - tried all the steps above and it worked after. Not working on this other one though

thry to see if its the server or the device itself. It does look like DNS issue though
