City Kids Dental, would like to understand how is the CTSCAN set up, on PC *XRAY* they open a patient chart and click Dexis integration button, once DEXIS is pulled up, they click on the Scanner icon next to radiation button and the Twain Scan X comes up ready to be used... but they are trying to do the same on *XRAYPC(PAN)* but there we are getting an error message. A Time out ahs occured

based on what I see, they use Sidexis machine. you CANNOT integrate ctscan with Dexis using this machine.
