Hey guys good afternoon
I'm having a question here
I'm installing a PSPIX Phosphor plate scanner for BWAY SMILES - The got a new PSPIX V2 - They need to use this Scanner with Tiger View 8, I already installed the TWAIN drivers, set up the scanner on the network, I have it detected on the TWAIN test, I need to integrate this with Tiger View but when checking the options everything is greyed out, I'm not able to change anything, any suggestions?

**TWAIN Test application** is open on a Windows desktop displaying a **"Select Source"** dialog box. The available TWAIN sources listed include: **EPSON ET-4850 Series 6.5 (32-32)**, **HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 TWAIN 2.1 (32-32)**, **Jazz X-Ray TWAIN Data Source 1.1 (32-32)**, **Planmeca Twain Source 1.1501 (32-32)**, **ScanX - XRAYPC 1.40 (32-32)**, **ScanX 1.40 (32-32)**, and **TWAIN PSPIX generation-2 1.0 (32-32)** (currently highlighted/selected in blue). The dialog presents **Select** and **Cancel** buttons on the right side.

**TigerView 8 Options** dialog is open on the **Hardware** tab (highlighted green in the right panel). Under **Available Hardware**, two devices are highlighted in green: **ScanX** and **TWAIN Sensor**, indicating they are currently selected/active. All **File Formats** (Video Still, Photo/Slide, Document, Import) are set to **JPEG** with a compression value of **10**; no error codes or warning messages are visible.

You have to enable the module. There should be a file adminwiz or something like that In tigerview folder
But I do not remember if it needs the TV support to activate it or not

I've searched on the folder for TigerView but there's no wizard or config file to set this up or enable it
As of Visix, I do not see any info πΆβπ«οΈ
I read the Acteon manual but there's no info on how to integrate it, just the initial setup, I found some things online but no luck, I think would be good to reach TV support to check at this or any other idea?π΅βπ«
So this image for TigerView,
Tiger1 is the actual software
TVArchive to archive images
TVDRSClient is like to send files
Other than that, not sure where else to look for π«€

The folder contains 53 items, including multiple numbered audit log files (`audlog.txt.1` through `audlog.txt.9`), an `errlog` text document (3 KB, dated 6/18/2024), and several application executables: `Tiger1` (6,027 KB), `TVArchive` (590 KB), `TVDRSClient` (707 KB), along with their associated `.exe.config` files. Also visible are subdirectories labeled `Vatech`, `Vidar`, and `Viewer`, and two PNG files (`udi`, `udilight`), each 37 KB, dated 4/14/2023.
