Hey Guys, @all I am having an issue with one of the printer brother MFC L3760CDW for Kenneth Band office, we did a reset to factory settings, unplugged and plugged back in the cords, but now there is a black line and blue line coming up with the test page printed, office currently change the back cartridge but it doesnt matter which pc I used, I reinstalled drivers and used ip/tcp to set it up, reset to calibrate and counter too, but nothing is working, might suspect the drum needs to be cleaned maybe, any ideas?
