Guys, question, for Downtown Dental - Brooklyn, they are trying to recover missing xrays taken on May 30th 2024 on Apterix XrayVision, according to the documentation https://apteryximaging.planetdds.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407881937051-Finding-Missing-Images-XVCapture-DCV?input_string=missing+xrays+taken+on+may+2024, if the XrayVision crashed during capture the software should store the images within the SafetyCache folder within the server (which is empty), or it will delete them and send them to the recycle bin and will automatically deleted (also empty), tried using the option within Xrayvision, database, Database Utilities and Find images by Date and there is nothing for that patient within that date frame, is there any other process that I might be missing or we are out of luck this time?

**XrayVision software** is open on a Windows desktop, displaying a dropdown menu under **Database Utilities**. The menu option **"Find Images By Date"** is highlighted/indicated with a red arrow. The top menu bar shows the status message **"Uploading clipboard 59%"** in a highlighted green/yellow bar, suggesting an active upload process in progress.

logically speaking, it might be saved to a temp folder on the local PC as well. I do not know the location of the temp folder but it should be easy to determine one.

I will check on that also, thanks for the suggestion.
