For Plaza Dental, They are using Visix to take Xrays with a GXS-700 sensor, they took 11 Xrays but when trying to save them are getting this error: The following unexpected error occurred while attempting to save Imag to the visix, Database error; 2147467259

**Visix Pro** application dialog displays the following error message: *"The following unexpected error occurred while attempting to save an image to the Visix Pro database: Error -2147467259, Connection failure."* Two options are presented: **Retry** and **Cancel**. At the bottom of the screen, a **Gendex Devices** dropdown shows **GXS-700** selected, with an **Initialized** status indicator displaying a solid green bar.

have you tried to close and reopen the software and try again?
Tech A 2025-01-23 15:02
did not want to do that yet due to risking losing the Xray taken

there is an option to export them,

The screenshot shows a right-click context menu in what appears to be a dental imaging software application, with the **Export > Standard** submenu expanded, revealing three export destination options: **Hard Disk/Memory Stick...**, **CD...**, and **DVD...**. The background displays two dental radiograph images labeled **Image 7** and **Image 8**, each outlined in green selection borders. No error codes, diagnostic indicators, or hardware identifiers are visible.

ok, try that. But it will fail most likely because the export option assumes the image is saved int the DB you can try and copy it from the temp folder and reimport later

It let me export them, and then i could import it with no issues!! Thanks Sergey!
