Good morning guys, this is for Joseph Litcher office. They are having issues taking PANS at dexis. They are receiving this error... I already restarted the PAN machine, the acquisition computer, and also the reco server that's next to the acq computer.

A dialog box from the application **"didapiUI"** displays the error message: **"Could not save DIDAPI image in TIFF format (16 bit) using DIDAPI_save_image()!"** with a warning icon. An **OK** button is present to dismiss the dialog. The underlying application window shows the status message **"Exposure done."** with **Adjust**, **OK**, and **Cancel** buttons visible.

If I open Didapi configuration, I have this 2 IP addresses, and I'm able to ping them

**ProMax Settings — Network Settings Tab** The dialog shows Ethernet configuration for a **ProMax with SmartPan** (checkbox enabled). The primary device IP is **10.0.0.1**, port **5000**; the Reco IP for SmartPan is **10.0.0.3**, port **5003**. The Ethernet configuration file path is **C:\ProgramData\Planmeca\Didapi\Config\** on computer named **DESKTOP-M0UJTD5**; the **Activate IP** button appears grayed out (inactive).

Thing is that I'm losing packets, I already restarted the switch that they have there and looks like it's stable now, but still having this issue

Does someone knows if there's a KVM or something to have access to that 10.0.0.3 computer? I tried to use RDP but it doesn't let me log in

I see that there are like 3-4 tickets related to this, same office, it was solved restarting the computers
Tech A 2025-01-27 15:19
Also, they told me that sometimes the reco server shutdown / reboot randomly, so I want to check if that computer is running windows properly or not,but I'm not able to access it remotely

yeah, every ticket I see about that error, leads to that reco pc being offline, you won't be able to RDP to it because its a Linux based machine, If I am not mistaken... maybe there is something wrong with it, planmeca support is the onle usually able to login or do stuff to it, not sure what they use though

Hmm ok, I will try to contact planmeca then, :/ That ip address it not losing packets now, but we still have the same issue

Planmeca asked us to disable secure boot at the reconstruction server, worked after that
