Hey guys, is anyone familiar to this error message on a PAN PC, they had problems recently with the SVR and one of the WS's was set up to work as the server, after checking a few ticket I saw this option to "Browse to C:\Sidexis\SixABCon.exe And check the box next to the pan to approve", which it looks like the PAN PC is already checked, they were able to reboot the pan machine and also the PAN PC, also we are able to ping the machine without any problem, but the error still shows up whenever they try to take a 3D, any suggestions? https://bitrix.dentalht.com/workgroups/group/5/tasks/task/view/190440/

server died, we are going to put a new one in, not sure when, @Daniel MooreI might have more details on that part. the front middle pc was set as a temp server for now. sidexis was left with a blank db, just for acquisition

I added the pan machine to that pc and some others, and it was working fine, until.. not sure when they called about it

Sergey, question, the option that was showing up the error was the 3D option, does it matter or it shouldn't?

the machine is not in home position but i think at this point the PC should be recognizing it anyways. Im out of ideas
