i've never seen this error before. can u try to import a random image into Sidexis and see if this works? If it doesn't work, then it might be something with the temp folder or pdata settings if it works, then might be the machine itself or drivers

i would say not even taken, as soon as they push the radiation, the error on Sidexis comes up, not showing any Xray taken just the errors
