For Glenwood Dental Group, I can't open CTs because OnDemand 3D can't find the license. In the rest of the OPs the error message disappears after a few attempts.

**OnDemand3DApp Error dialog box** is displayed on screen with the message: **"Cannot find your license for this application."** The dialog title reads **"OnDemand3DApp Error"** and contains a red X error icon. An **OK** button is present to dismiss the dialog.

is the software installed on the server? is there a DB? is it running? Have you restarted it?

Checking if is installed on the server, I can reach the db. It works on any other op, I restarted the server.

it is installed on the pan pc which is the server. Willi Master is pointing to the server, if you try to to open an x ray on demand pops up on any other op besides this one.
