Hey guys, I received a ticket that we have to install Dexis and Dentrix at a new pan computer. I already installed it. They tried to take a pan, but it's not working. I see that the computer has DEXIS TWAIN installed on it,but it's not configured yet,there are no devices configured. I see that a company called Renew Digital installed the pan machine there.. should I ask the office to call then or do we should configure it?

its a non-3D unit afaik. Install Dexis Kavon integration, select the machine in the Dexis options and you should be good to go. can you post the Dexis component licenses here?
