Guys QQ - for Dental group of Westchester, they want to re-name the cameras that way when they call they can ask for which camera they need the recordings, I tried looking where I could change the camera names but I only found the option to edit the OSD name not the actual name in the web portal - is this possible to do?

The image shows a **Network Video Recorder (NVR) channel list interface** with 16 channels listed. Channels 1–12 and 16 are labeled **"IPCamera 01" through "IPCamera 12"** and **"IPCamera 16"**; Channels 13–15 are labeled **"Channel 13," "Channel 14," and "Channel 15."** Each channel entry displays small icons (appearing to be settings/edit and signal/lock indicators); **IPCamera 16** appears visually dimmed or grayed out compared to the other entries, potentially indicating an inactive or disconnected state.

For future reference, we cannot change the names of the cameras because they’re not Hikvision. The system only allows name changes if the cameras are the same brand; otherwise, there’s nothing that can be done
