**Network and Sharing Center โ Windows Control Panel (viewed via LogMeIn remote session, 2/3/2025, 7:58 AM)**
Two active network connections are visible: **"Network 6"** (Private network) connected via **NIC1** with Access type **Internet**; and **"Unidentified network"** (Public network) connected via **NIC2** with Access type **No network access**. No error codes are displayed, but NIC2's "No network access" status and "Unidentified network / Public network" classification indicate a connectivity issue on that interface.

If its unidentified, there is no internet, disable it. Or assign a static ip

**Windows Network Error Dialog**
The dialog box displays the UNC path `\\bfc-server\aps` in the title bar and error message. The message reads: *"Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again."* A red "X" error icon is present on the left side of the dialog, with a single **OK** button to dismiss.

A Windows PowerShell session running via LogMeIn Remote Session displays the result of the command `Get-WindowsFeature FS-SMB1, FS-SMB2`. The output shows that **FS-SMB1 (SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support)** has an Install State of **"Installed"**; FS-SMB2 returned no result, indicating it is not present or not listed as a separate feature. The session is running under the **Administrator** account on a Windows Server environment (Copyright 2016 Microsoft Corporation).
