Hey Guys, question, does anyone know if this is possible? We have a request from Cathy at 3V Dental - Massapequa, they are not under support for Dentrix, and they are trying to modify the Default Coverage Table that shows up when going to patient family file, double click on Primary Dental Insurance, and Coverage table, they wanted to add a new Procedure Category under the Coverage Table and would like to show up as default, however, we were able to modify the DEFAULT COVERAGE TABLE but is still not showing up as the default one when clicking on Coverage Table, in order for us to have it as default we need to select the one that we modified on the right hand drop down, any idea or suggestions?

The screen displays a **Dental Insurance Benefits and Coverage** dialog for **Delta Dental of Missouri / City of Myrtle Beach**, Plan ID **61941000**, Subscriber ID **073-76-0181**. The **Coverage Table** is visible, showing procedure code ranges D0100–D9999 with coverage percentages ranging from **0 to 100%**, deductible types (Preventive, Standard, Other), and Co-Pay values all listed as **$0.00**; a tooltip/dropdown is active over the **D2900–D2999** row labeled "Other Restor." The **Benefit Begin Date** for both Subscriber and Patient is **5/27/2020**, and no Pre-Auth Required checkboxes are checked.

Whe you modified that coverage table, it needs to be applied to the isrunace companies.
Did you do that?

also, check if the other offices of Dr Volk have Dentrix support and you can call under that number if they do and have them explain this to you on another server so you can replicate here. Just dont apply any changes to the original server. Or tell them Dentrix support that you are not ready to do it now but would like to know how its done

not sure how to do that, on the documentation didnt see any details about applying to the insurance companies, but I will double check.
