Guys I have a printer that's driving me crazy
For Blooming Smiles Dental, they got a new HP Color LaserJet pro MFP 3301, the printer / Scanner works fine outside of Dentrix, but we're having tons of issues with Dentrix itself - when scanning a document in Dentrix, on some occasions not always, it freezes and she has to terminate Doc Center from task mgr
When she scan she has to use the (Launch OEM dialog) option, otherwise when selecting quick scan it freezes and it leaves the scanner not responsive, I suggested the auto-acquire option but they want to scan directly from doc center.
I tried re-installing that printer twice already but still no luck, firewall exceptions were added -when we restart the printer it works perfectly fine inside and outside Dentrix, but eventually it freezes or scans a blank page and I'm not really sure what else to do - Any idea is appreciated here

Is it connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
~ If wi-fi try changing to 5/6ghz as the requests over wi-fi take quite long specially those that are not sent directly from computer...
It could be default paper size options in the printer itself, if they don't match the document size you are trying to print it will simply fail/stuck or ask on the printer screen to chose size manually each time!

Are u using TWAIN drivers? If yes, use revo uninstaller to completely remove it from the system and reinstall it.
If using WIA, there is nothing we can do about it but to setup autofolder.
