Good morning guys, I have Columbia street dental office. They are trying to take a CTSCAN at VixWin. I tried to acquire it, but not sure if I'm doing it correctly, not too familiar with this software. I receive the acquisition screen, but nothing happens when I click connect, works properly at Dexis

Afaik, u select a desired template in vixwin, then just trigger the xray button on the machine (hand switch). U opening dexis and vixwin at the same time might cause the issue as the machine gets locked by one software and not letting the other connect to the machine
