Hey Guys, anyone familiar with the PAN setup for Madison Dental Group? Dr called because he took a CTscan and when he was trying to click on "Save" it was not doing anything it was like glitched on the screen the images, I was able to recover them from C:\VCaptureSW\ImageOutput\CT and the images are there, but when we open the patient on ezdenti there's nothing there, and if want to import the images it shows this error message

**Error Dialog Box** A modal error window is displayed with the message: *"Other patient has the image of same StudyUID that you are importing."* The dialog contains a red triangle warning icon and a single **OK** acknowledgment button. No error code is visible; the background interface shows a **CT** modality field and an **Acquisition Date** field partially obscured.

I see that this patient is duplicated, but if there's nothing saved under any of the 2 charts

The image shows a data table with two rows of records. Both entries are associated with the name **Kioulaphides Victor** and the date of birth **1961-04-07**. The two records have different ID numbers: **20250128_160613** and **20250128_160117**, with the second row highlighted in green, indicating it may be selected or flagged.

Alright, I found a 3rd chart and here it matches the same chart ID, but there's nothing saved there, and if I try to import, same error message of StudyUID - any ideas will be appreciated

**DICOM Viewer – MicroDicom 2025.1 (32-bit), Evaluate mode, 14 days remaining.** Active study: Chart No. **20250204_121342**, patient **Kioulaphides Victor**, Male, DOB 1961-04-07; CT series, 448 images, current frame 76/448, slice thickness **ST: 0.20 mm**, slice location **SL: 74.60 mm**, Series 1, transfer syntax **LittleEndianExplicit**, image matrix **600×600 px (120 mm × 120 mm)**, calibration status: **Calibrated**. Two earlier chart entries exist for the same patient (**20250128_160117** and **20250128_160613**); the current chart (**20250204_121342**) is highlighted and underlined in red in the patient list panel.

you might be importing the image that has been imported before

Well, the thing is that this is a new CT scan that was taken today at 4:20ish but Ezdent never saved it so I thought on importing back the images but the error message appeared - I also tried to reconstruct the image, it shows the patient, the chart, all the information, but when we need to hit save, it doesn't do anything, same as the before
