**Screen Display:** Dental imaging software interface showing four periapical radiograph panels dated **4/16/2024**, labeled by tooth ranges **5, 5-7, 8-9, and 10-12**. Patient record header displays **DOB 9/20/1970**, record number **22086**, patient name **Amy B. Herskovits**. The third panel (8-9) shows two high-density (bright white) restorations consistent with crowns or amalgam; remaining panels show standard grayscale tooth/bone density with no visible error codes or system alerts on screen.

Is the monitor plugged in into GPU or motherboard? ๐Ÿค” ~ Reseating cables(might be lose or damaged), or changing cable
Tech A 2025-02-06 14:15

You can try removing the driver from devices manager, reboot and clean setup from nvidia
Tech A 2025-02-06 14:20
Okay, I'll try that, thanks

Tech D 2025-02-06 14:40
Some AIOs have a built-in self-test, if you hold the power button for example.. maybe you can test the screen there?
Tech A 2025-02-06 14:41
test anything with Dr H? YOu have to be kidding me ๐Ÿ™‚
Tech D 2025-02-06 14:41
Better to ask him to buy a new one if it's Dr. H
Tech D 2025-02-06 14:41

**Lenovo ThinkCentre** all-in-one desktop displaying a **Windows login screen** with the username **"doctor"** and a password entry field. The screen exhibits **prominent vertical line artifacts** across the entire display, suggesting a display panel or cable issue. A **webcam** is mounted on top of the monitor, and a **Yealink** device is visible to the right.

Went to the onscreen menu and did factory reset. After that it went back to normal.
