Hey Guys, question, I am getting this error message when trying to open Invivo, either from a CT scan in Dentrix/Dexis, or just when trying to open Invivo, is there any workaround aside from reinstalling the app?

**Screen Capture — InVivoDental Software Directory (Windows File Explorer)** A Windows File Explorer window is open at the path `This PC > OS (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Anatomage > InVivoDental`, with the **InVivoDental** application (32,417 KB, dated 12/10/2015 5:02 PM) highlighted. An **Import Error** dialog box is displayed over the window with the message: **"failed to load module vtkCommon.dll"** and a single **OK** button. No hardware indicators, serial numbers, or physical components are visible.

I tried checking in a different working computer and could not see any dll in system32 or the invivo location folder, with that name.

Try updating graphic driver, VTK dll's usually refer to opengl. Another fix is, to rename vtkcommon.dll to vtkcommon001.dll run sfc/scannow and restart computer ( forced stop of windows update could cause this) Last rescue, if above don't work. Reinstall application so vtkCommon.dll can be installed from native app. Alternative "try hard" is to find value in registry corresponding to vtkCommon.dll and check if it's registered properly... 💣

In case it helps anyone, for this error, I spoke to invivo support and is a known issue with windows 11, if it happens, there is no way to resolve it, they have to upgrade to invivo 6 (currently happening to me on invivo 5.4.5) it might work fine on windows 11, but if it suddenly breaks with this error, no way to fix it.
